Model: Dragonfly 32 Touring+ Furlerboom

Launched: 2017

Hull colour: yellow

Location: Mediterranean

Price: GBP 285,000 UK VAT paid

Dragonfly 32 hull 39 is a Touring version with the 14.5m carbon mast. This very special boat was built for an experienced multihull sailor who wished to upgrade from 2 to 3 hulls for more fun and dynamic sailing.

For easy short-handed sailing, it features a custom carbon Furlerboom with Elvstrom Epex Technora sails.

It was launched and commissioned at the yard in Denmark in April 2017 and then cruised back to the UK. In July 2018 she was delivered to the Med by road transport.

It is beautifully presented with rich, yellow painted hulls, white boot-top and Coppercoat 10+ year antifouling and bespoke dark-grey rig. The optional carbon wheel steering offers light and highly responsive steering, while the inboard diesel engine (approx 120 hrs) and drop-down bow thruster allow easy manoeuvring in port.

The cockpit can be protected by a fitted sprayhood and for Med cruising there is also a folding bimini over the helm station.

The electronics include Raymarine i70 instruments and eS-97 9" Hybrid Touch colour MFD at the wheel, plus VHF, AIS and Raymarine Evolution autopilot with a Jefa drive unit. Battery charging is provided by the inboard diesel, shore power and/or 3x solar panels ensuring the battery is maintained at full charge ready for use.

The interior is finished in optional teak with special-order satin finish plus teak cupboard fronts (alloy is standard), complimented by neutral patterned upholstery. Teak & holly flooring throughout completes the luxury feel. Additional portlights in the forward cabin and an opening escape hatch in the aft cabin add natural light for cruising comfort.

The spacious galley includes a gas hob and the larger, top-loading fridge plus plenty of cupboards. Cooling fans are installed in all cabins, and for cooler times the cabin heating is ducted into the main cabin, aft cabin and heads.

Now regretfully for sale due entirely to the owner's change in personal circumstances, this highly equipped, offshore sports cruiser is immaculate and available immediately at a large saving over a similar specification new build.
